Eligible Degrees: Bakalavr, Magistr or Diplom Specialista. A Bachelor's degree comprised of 180 ECTS in the same or similar discipline as your intended graduate degree program at SF State is accepted.
Required Academic Documents: Arkhivnaya spravka, akademichnaya davedka or diploma supplement (academic record of all courses taken and marks earned). University issued and sealed Diploma Supplement in English and original language. An English translation must accompany all original language academic documents.
GPA Equivalency: a GPA of "B" or higher is required for graduate study
